Service Description

I am more than happy to accommodate a private yoga session that will be customized to meet your specific needs. We can talk about what best suits you, your body, your goals and/or what you want to enhance in your practice. If you need a more fast pace, slow pace, stretching, or just something that focuses on a particular part of the body, we can customize a session just for you! There are different types of flows that you can pick from or we can combine flows to best suit what your mind, body and spirit needs: ~Vinyasa flow creates movement with a beautiful flow of yoga poses (asanas). It has a faster pace than gentle yoga and may heat things up a little bit. Vinyasa is good for building strength, flexibility and balance. ~Hatha flow holds poses a little longer than a Vinyasa flow, allowing for strengthening of the muscles. We will hold each pose (asana) for a few breaths before moving to the next asana. This class is great for pregnant women. ~Restorative yoga contains poses that are held for a long period of time (2-5 mins) and helps to develop flexibility, slows down the pace of life, and encourages mindfulness. We fully surrender into these asanas by letting the props do the work so that the body can restore and melt away into the mat. Great class for mommy's to be! ~Yin yoga includes asanas that are held for a long period of time (2-5 mins) and may be slightly more challenging that your typical restore practice. ~Gentle yoga flow is a more subtle, slow, low key movement with a flow. We still flow with yoga poses, but its more slower than a Vinyasa class. We hold asanas a little bit longer here and take our time getting into them. This is a nice gentle practice if you are expecting. ~Chair yoga is a great way to engage in yoga! Stretching and strengthening can still occur and provides value and benefit to the body, if you are limited in movement, in an office all day, or whatever the situation may be. **If you would like to BOOK an in-person session, please message me directly and I will coordinate a day/time that works best for you.
