Vinyasa Flow

A practice designed to integrate a flow of postures together and create mindful movements with the body.

A yoga practice that utilizes props which will support your body to fully surrender into the pose and hold for 3-5 mins.

Gentle Yoga

A slower, unstressed and more compassionate pace for your yoga practice.

Chair Yoga

Whether you are limited to movements, sitting at a desk working, yoga can still be a continued practice.

Meditation

A meditation practice that is designed to help quiet the mind, be still and connect to the divine.
